Yasaman Nosrat Tajoddin is a researcher at the Center for Sustainable Energy, working in the Hydrogen Technologies and Resilient Energy Systems Unit.

Her main fields of activity are sustainability assessment of hydrogen value chains, hydrogen certification, and design for sustainability.

Working at FBK since August 2024, Yasaman is involved in several Horizon Europe projects, including the North Adriatic Hydrogen Valley (NAHV), HI2 Valley, and NHyRA, with a focus on GHG calculation model, hydrogen certification schemes and policy alignment, and hydrogen leakage scenarios in 2030 and 2050.

Her interests also cover energy system modeling, energy economics and markets, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Life Cycle Costing (LCC), and optimization of multi-energy systems.

She holds a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering from the University of Padova.
