Parth Bhalani is an Automation Control System Engineer at the Center for Sustainable Energy, Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK), working in the Battery and Electrification Technologies (BET) Unit. His main activities include designing and developing automated test benches for Redox Flow Batteries (RFBs), involving charge–discharge testing, performance optimization, and real-time data acquisition.

Since joining FBK in 2024, he has been contributing to projects aimed at advancing sustainable energy storage technologies. Parth expertise includes Beckhoff PLC programming, TwinCAT 3 automation, and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus TCP, OPC UA, and MQTT.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and previously worked at Larsen & Toubro, where he led industrial automation and process optimization projects.
