Marco Tomasi is the Senior Business Development Manager at the Center for Sustainable Energy of Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK), where he supports strategic planning, innovation development, and partnerships at both national and European levels. With over 20 years of experience across the ICT and energy sectors, he has held senior roles in public and private organizations, focusing on digital transformation, cloud strategies, and sustainable infrastructure.
Before joining FBK, Marco served as Manager of Innovation and Digital Transformation Strategies at Trentino Digitale, where he led key initiatives in the regional cloud transition, coordinated multi-stakeholder programs, and co-authored several policy resolutions that helped shape Trentino’s digitalization strategy. Earlier in his career, he held management positions at Ericsson, H3G, and Trentino Network, overseeing large-scale network deployments and technology partnerships.
An engineer by training, he holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Trento and an Executive MBA from CUOA Business School. Over the years, he has contributed to publications and public discussions on topics such as digital transformation, public sector innovation, and energy transition—including interventions at the SETE Festival (2024) and national conferences on PNRR and cloud strategies for public administrations.
