Lorenzo Colturato works in the Batteries and Electrification Technologies Unit at the Center for Sustainable Energy as a PhD student in Materials, Mechatronics, and Systems Engineering.

His research focuses on developing and experimentally validating digital twins for hybrid power systems by combining modeling, simulation, and advanced control strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in both stationary and mobile energy applications.
