Gaia Castellani is a technologist at the Center for Sustainable Energy, working in the Hydrogen Technologies and Resilient Energy Systems (HyRES) Unit, as expert in the field of chemical-physical characterization in the hydrogen sector.

Working at FBK since 2026, Gaia Castellani is involved in various European research projects focused on hydrogen and sustainable energy technologies, especially in the resilient energy systems sector (i.e. THOTH2 project).

Gaia Castellani holds a PhD in Nanotechnology.

Previous working experience: researcher at the University of Trieste.
