We support the deep decarbonisation of our society by leveraging scientific excellence to develop and deploy technologies for the generation, storage, and distribution of low-impact energy.
Mission
The Centre offers its scientific excellence to support the Research and Development of technologies and methods for generation, storage, and distribution of energy with low environmental impact, including Industrialization, Territorial implementation and Sustainability on a lifecycle approach.
Value Proposition
We apply our expertise in energy systems and technologies to support our partners in developing innovative solutions for a sustainable and valuable energy transition. We provide technological and management support throughout the entire R&D process.
Critical Raw Materials Act (CRM Act) ensure diverse, secure, and sustainable supply of critical raw materials for the EU's industry. Secured access to critical raw materials is essential for strategic sectors including clean technologies, digital, defence and aerospace industries.
All 27 EU Member States committed to turning the EU into the first climate neutral continent by 2050. To get there, they pledged to reduce emissions by at least 55% by 2030, compared to 1990 levels.
