Critical Raw Materials Act (CRM Act) ensure diverse, secure, and sustainable supply of critical raw materials for the EU's industry. Secured access to critical raw materials is essential for strategic sectors including clean technologies, digital, defence and aerospace industries.

All 27 EU Member States committed to turning the EU into the first climate neutral continent by 2050. To get there, they pledged to reduce emissions by at least 55% by 2030, compared to 1990 levels.

The Clean Industrial Deal confirms the EU’s dedication to its climate goals by offering clear business incentives for industry to decarbonise within Europe.
