Last week, our researchers Matteo Bordin and Sandro Zorzi, together with the Center Advisor for Advanced Materials Gloria Gottardi attended ALD for Industry 2026 in Eindhoven, Netherlands!
The delegation had the opportunity to:
- Visit the SparkNano facilities and the NanoLab cleanroom and ALD labs at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), getting a first-hand look at cutting-edge spatial ALD developments at industrial scale
- Engage with the international #ALD community of researchers, equipment manufacturers and industry players across two days of talks, tutorials and networking
- Present the poster “ALD Engineered Functional Materials for Next Generation Energy Technologies” — showcasing FBK’s ongoing work at the intersection of thin film engineering and energy applications
Gloria Gottardi also served on the Program Committee and as Session Chair at the conference — a recognition of FBK’s standing in the ALD community!
