On May 27-28, the project Consortium coordinated by FBK Center for Sustainable Energy and dedicated to supporting regional authorities in their role as facilitators of energy communities has met for the last time in Trentino, in the beautiful setting of Val di Fassa.
The meeting organised by Provincia Autonoma di Trento has been also the occasion to launch the CESLA community and visit the hydroelectric power plan of the San Nicolò valley.
CESLA is a project launched by the ‘Gome Neve’ robotics group at the Scuola Ladina di Fassa a Pozza and is a great example of engaging the younger generation in issues of environmental sustainability and shared energy. During the event, particular attention has been paid to young people and the students took part in workshops and discussions with the ECOEMPOWER project international experts, transforming the school into an open laboratory exploring the energy challenges of the future.
Among the speakers also the Project Manager and ECOEMPOWER Coordinator Cinzia Morisco.
The event was also streamed on the regional TV news in Ladino, ancient minority language spoken.
